Learning objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Describe challenges in the promotion process and identify strategies to overcome these challenges
- Critique examples of Teaching Philosophies and Candidates Statements for the purpose of making suggested improvements
- Identify resources that may be helpful to access during the promotion process
- Develop a network of colleagues who may be of mutual benefit in supporting each other through the promotion process
